Who We're Looking For We're looking for a motivated Identity and Access Management (IAM) Business Systems Analyst to join our Information Security team at Toyota Financial Services. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and Identity Security Cloud (ISC) who wants to improve their skills in identity lifecycle management and access governance. Familiarity with other IAM technologies such as Active Directory and Okta Workforce SSO/MFA is desired. In this role, you will support IAM operations, collaborating with different teams (including vendors) to help maintain a secure, compliant, and efficient identity management processes.

Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities Include eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements across multiple domains that interface with Information Security and Identity Management.
  • Participate actively in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Help maintain and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner/Project Manager.
  • Create, update, and manage user stories, tasks, and bugs in Jira. Ensure all tickets are well-defined, properly categorized, and linked to relevant epics or features
  • Support testing activities including UAT for security-related systems.
  • Monitor intake forms queue and promptly respond to demand for incident and backlog creation.
  • Assist in analyzing product performance metrics and user feedback to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Act as a liaison to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities between business stakeholders and the technical team to ensure alignment on product goals, scope, and priorities
  • Support solution design and implementation by validating requirements, participating in design reviews, and assisting with testing and deployment activities
  • Stay updated on IAM trends and best practices, Risk management to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Help ensure IAM processes and solutions meet audit and compliance standards.
  • What You Bring
  • Subject matter expertise, driving enhancements to Identity Management capabilities and enabling the delivery of secure, seamless, and innovative solutions across the enterprise.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex security requirements and translate them into clear, technical and testable requirements for development and QA .
  • Good understanding of ITIL and SDLC best practices
  • Knowledge of IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Oracle Identity Manager, or IBM Security Identity Manager.
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Basic understanding of directory services like Microsoft Active Directory or LDAP.
  • Understanding of risk management principles and security controls.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements relevant to automotive and finance sectors (e.g., SOX, GDPR, CCPA).
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems (Service Now) for change management and incident tracking.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical teams, business stakeholders, and compliance officers.
