About the role
This position is located in a Washington State Office in USDA/Rural Development (RD). This incumbent serves as a Management and Program Analyst providing oversight and coordination of a full range of administrative and business management functions in support of the Rural Development Mission. GS-09 level: Applicants must possess one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-07 grade level; or its non-Federal equivalent that demonstrates: experience assisting with gathering, analyzing and evaluating on a quantitative or qualitative basis in meeting established goals and objectives; assisting with participating in the analysis of goal achievements using various information systems; assisting in analyzing various administrative management and program support related data to determine efficiencies, historical trends, and weaknesses; assisting with maintaining spreadsheets, graphs, presentations, etc. of statistical data and related material for explain complex situations and relationships; assisting with performing administrative and operational functions within an office; assisting with coordinating a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to information technology management, oversight activities, travel arrangements, time and attendance and preparing written correspondence.; Or Master's or equivalent graduate degree Or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree Or LL.B. or J.D., if related. Equivalent combination of experience and education are qualifying at this grade level.
