The Sales Assistant will support the Sales Team in managing daily operational tasks and ensuring smooth coordination with customers, particularly those with frequent transactions with Fusion. What You Can Do For Us Documentation and Shipping Support: Prepare shipping labels and related export documentation, including customs declarations and traceability lists (SN Lists). Create and upload Advance Shipping Notices (ASN) and serial numbers as required. Financial Reconciliation: Perform regular financial reconciliation with customers, including documentation review and confirmation. New Customer Onboarding: Coordinate Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation and assist with new account setup. Collect, verify, and archive all necessary materials to establish customer profiles and codes. Order Processing and Post-Order Follow-Up: Process orders, release shipments, prepare and manage shipping labels and documentation. Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments. Prepare and maintain any required supporting materials for payment processing. Provide quotations for certain customers when required and assist in maintaining customer relationships. Administrative Support: Compile, review, and manage documents that require regular signatures and stamps. Support internal and external communications to ensure timely information flow. Who We're Looking For Minimum of Diploma in any disciplines. Prior experience in sales support, order management, or related administrative roles preferred. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Familiarity with export documentation, financial reconciliation, and customer onboarding processes is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems is desirable. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
