Position Overview The Front Desk Assistant is a unique position as this person represents the first impression many of our patients and families have of The Emily Program. Schedule Part Time (20 hours per week) Monday-Thursday 4:00 pm- 8:00 pm Location In Person 41 Perimeter Center East, Dunwoody, GA 30346 Learn more about our Atlanta Eating Disorder Treatment Center here Compensation Disclosure Front Desk starting hourly range between $16-19 per hour Final Compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for the position How Front Desk Assistants Empower Recovery - Serve as initial point of contact for the company, including incoming phone calls, vendors, patients and visitors. Cordially and professionally greet all visitors and phone callers - Provide a positive environment for supportive, recovery-based treatment. - Maintain appropriate, therapeutic boundaries with patients and families at all times. - Ensure patients and visitors who arrive are escorted to correct locations - Assist in the check in process for medical appointments - Primary contact for ensuring facility readiness and cleanliness in the mornings - Responsible for lobby and conference room appearance being neat and clean at all times
