You will be responsible for identifying profitable business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and turning our strategic vision into measurable revenue. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent networking skills and a proven track record of sales growth. Core Responsibilities Market Analysis: Research market trends, analyze competitor activity, and identify untapped market segments Lead Generation: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through networking, cold outreach, and industry events Client Relations: Initiate and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs to propose tailored solutions Pitching & Proposals: Craft compelling business proposals, presentations, and contracts Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to align growth strategies and ensure high client satisfaction Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or Account Management. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
