- Regulated Entities Expertise: Direct, hands-on experience handling financial recordkeeping, regulatory capital computations, and filing frameworks for a CFTC Swap Dealer , Futures Commission Merchant (FCM), or SEC Broker-Dealer.
- People & Project Management: Experience managing multiple departments or workstreams, with a proven ability to lead large, high-priority projects and delegate effectively to direct reports or offshore teams.
