JOB PURPOSE Responsible for governing the full lifecycle of Statements of Work (SOWs), Work Orders (WOs), Change Requests (CRs), and financial/operational compliance across PHINIA's IT Managed Services ecosystem. This role partners closely with the IT Vendor Management Office (VMO), tower leads, and suppliers to ensure flawless operational execution, financial accuracy, and contractual discipline.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end SOW lifecycle, including scoping, drafting, redlining, routing for approvals, acceptance criteria alignment, version control, and document repository hygiene.
- Enforce VMO governance & workflow discipline, ensuring no work begins without an approved PO/SOW, tracking WO/PO progression, maintaining VMO trackers, and driving adherence to approval paths.
- Administer contractual updates, aligning Change Requests, amendments, SIAM (Service Integration and Management) matrices, and cross‑functional roles & responsibilities across IT towers and suppliers.
- Govern KPIs, SLAs, and performance obligations, reviewing monthly results, validating service delivery, escalating variances, and ensuring alignment with various IT towers and their supporting referenced contract schedules.
- Ensure financial accuracy and compliance by reconciling supplier invoices and milestone billing with contract pricing exhibits (Attachment H), identifying variances, and ensuring audit‑ready documentation in the VMO hub.
- Coordinate vendor and stakeholder governance, facilitating cadence meetings, tracking commitments, capturing decisions, and maintaining contract‑related artifacts according to VMO standards.
- Required Skills
- 3-7 years' experience in contract administration, SOW management, procurement operations, or IT vendor management.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.
- Understanding IT Managed Services, including Cloud, Network, EUC (End User Compute), Security, Service Desk, and Data Center environments.
- Strong working knowledge of SLA governance, KPI validation, and service performance reporting.
- Experience reading, interpreting, and maintaining SOW schedules, responsibility matrices, and commercial exhibits.
- Proficiency with Excel‑based pricing models, milestone billing, and reconciliations.
- Ability to coordinate across cross‑functional technical teams and suppliers, maintain clarity, documentation, and communication discipline.
- Notices ambiguities in SOWs instantly and corrects them before they become issues.
- Can push back diplomatically when suppliers bypass process.
- Maintains impeccable records - everything audit‑ready.
- Understands both commercial terms and operational impacts.
- Communicates complex contractual issues in simple, executive‑friendly language.

- Familiarity with SIAM frameworks to interpret R&R matrices across service providers.
