[ECA] Admin Intern (for ECU Management)

About the role

Manage ECU, hardware, component from customer(CN, JP, BEG) Monitoring status and maintain the list of devices for each team Operating booking tool to approve, hand-over device to requester, return hardware. Support to importing hardware from customer or export. Undergraduate students majoring in Business Administration or English Language Official university recommendation letter with stamp (mandatory). Internship Model: Full-time or at least 4 days/week Good English communication skills Personal characteristic: Carefulness and quality spirit in work, good teamwork Problem solving skills Monthly Internship allowance + Meal & Parking allowance. 1 day of Paid Leave per month + Birthday Leave + Sick Leave Good benefits of Trade Union activities, team building and department trip.
