Collections Agent

Responsibilities

• Contact customers via phone and email to collect outstanding debts
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements with customers
• Update customer account information and payment statuses accurately
• Handle customer inquiries and resole issues in a timely and professional manner
• Give customers information about products and services
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
• Meet daily and monthly collection targets set by management
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures as well as legal debt collection requirements
