- What You Bring (Required):
- Enterprise Expertise: Extensive experience in SaaS customer success, management consulting, or strategic engagement management handling multi-stakeholder, 7-figure enterprise accounts.
- Commercial Acumen: A proven understanding of ARR, SaaS renewal dynamics, and expansion strategies.
- Leadership & Autonomy: Exceptional structured thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence senior executives and navigate ambiguity without authority.
Requirements
- Domain knowledge in data platforms, NoSQL databases, or cloud infrastructure.
- A foundational background in technical program delivery or IT consulting.

- Base Pay Range
- $130,000 - $152,000 USD

In this high-impact, senior individual contributor role, you will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and technical leaders, ensuring they achieve maximum business value, rapid time-to-value, and long-term ROI from their Couchbase investment.
