HR Business Partner - Region Europe

About the role

Based in Bucharest, you will predominantly partner closely with business leaders across our East Europe Cluster (Romania, Croatia, Greece, Serbia and Russia) , driving a people agenda that supports performance, growth and transformation. You'll act as a trusted advisor, influencing key decisions across talent, organisational design, performance and engagement - while staying close to both leaders and employees in diverse, multi-country environments. This is a broad and impactful role, combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, where you will drive meaningful change and help build high-performing, future-ready teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across Eastern Europe to shape and deliver people plans aligned to business priorities
• Drive performance, talent and succession strategies to build capability and leadership strength across the region
• Lead organisational design and workforce planning to support business growth and change
• Use data and insights to inform decision-making and improve organisational effectiveness
• Support leaders to build an engaging, inclusive and high-performance culture across different markets
• Ensure consistent, compliant and high-quality delivery of HR practices across multiple countries
• Oversee HR operations and coordinate payroll inputs, ensuring a seamless employee experience

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within a multi-country or international environment
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices across East Europe (or experience working across multiple jurisdictions)
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex organisational dynamics
• Experience across performance, talent, reward and organisational change
• Comfortable balancing strategic partnering with operational delivery
• Strong cultural awareness and ability to work effectively across diverse teams
