Customer Management Roles Support the process of scheduling maintenance with free customers. Assist in the collection process for outstanding invoices from free customers. Support in the preparation of regulatory reports. Spot Market Roles Assist in preparing failure reports for customer compensation, in accordance with NTCSE. Support the collection process for outstanding invoices from customers with Undeclared Withdrawal. Digitalization Roles Support the development of digitalization projects. Support and propose digitalization projects within the framework of citizen development. Transmission Roles Support the calculation and invoicing of amounts related to the transmission business. Assist in the preparation and issuance of regulatory reports associated with transmission. Support the sending of billing reports to the new owner of the transmission lines.
