ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Internal Communications Support Assist in preparing and sharing communication materials such as emails, newsletters, posters, and intranet content Support updating communication channels (e.g., internal platforms, digital signage) Help collect and organize content from teams for communication campaigns Employee Engagement Activities Support the coordination of engagement programs such as events, workshops, and recognition activities Assist in logistics for engagement initiatives (venue, materials, communication, participant coordination) Help gather employee feedback through surveys or informal channels Content Creation & Coordination Draft simple communication content under guidance (announcements, event invitations, highlights) Support creation of basic visual materials using templates (e.g., PowerPoint, posters) Take photos or assist in documenting events and activities Data Collection & Reporting Help compile participation data and engagement feedback Support tracking of simple metrics (e.g., attendance, survey responses) Assist in preparing basic reports or summaries Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with internal teams (HR, Operations, Admin) to support engagement and communication initiatives Follow guidance from senior team members and contribute ideas This position is part of our Early Career program at WD.
