- A strong track record of delivering campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, growth and commercial performance.
- Excellent understanding of customer behaviour and how to create relevant and effective customer communications.

- The ability to use customer insight and performance data to inform decision-making and improve outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across a range of teams and seniority levels.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A proactive, collaborative and positive approach, with a willingness to take ownership and make things happen.
- Experience within financial services or another regulated industry.
- Previous people management or coaching experience.
