- Proven experience leading distributed/global engineering teams , including collaboration with India-based teams
- Strong experience in cloud , endpoint or security-focused software development
- Demonstrated ability to drive execution across multiple concurrent projects with measurable outcomes
- Experience driving or adopting modern development practices , including CI/CD and automation
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience in endpoint security or cybersecurity products
- Experience leading AI-enabled development transformations or implementing developer productivity tooling
- Background in Cloud, Microservices, Distributed systems , Event-Driven
