You will support data-driven decision-making across our Operations teams. Responsibilities

  • Clean, validate, and transform data to support operational reporting and analysis
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools Tableau or Foundry
  • Monitor and track key operational KPIs and performance metrics
  • Deliver recurring reports accurately and on time to relevant stakeholders
  • Perform basic analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in operational data
  • Support ad-hoc requests and provide clear, actionable insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes and data quality
  • Follow BI standards, data governance, and best practices

Requirements

  • Basic experience with SQL and data analysis
  • Basic familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI or similar)
  • Advanced English proficiency (C2 level required)
  • Strong skills in PowerPoint (PPT) for presenting insights and results
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain data to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to learn in an operational environment
  • Degree or studies in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience supporting Operations or business teams
  • Understanding of operational KPIs and performance metrics
  • Exposure to data visualization and storytelling best practices
  • The salary for this position starts from 1800 gross/month, depending on your experience.
