- Essential Experience and Skills
- Aggregate production experience and at least 3 years in a supervisory role within a related industry
- Strong leadership abilities with clear, concise, and respectful communication skills
- Ability to maintain composure and professionally present information, responding effectively to questions
- Motivation and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment with fluctuating shift schedules, extensive movement across the plant, and occasional lifting of heavy objects and working in confined spaces
- Work Environment
- This role operates in an outdoor industrial setting with exposure to varying weather conditions, heavy machinery, and loud noise. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. The position involves standing, walking, climbing, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Physical Demands of the Job
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, and climbing on uneven surfaces and equipment
- Manual dexterity to operate tools, controls, and machinery
- Visual and auditory ability to safely navigate and monitor plant operations
