Responsibilities
- Process and administer employee life cycle related activities include but not limited to onboarding, contract renewal and offboarding
- Support local HR administration for employees such as insurance and letters
- Advise/transact/support complex Workday related transactions and issues
- Resolve general HR queries and Workday issues from senior executives
- Support and assist in the management of panel promotion and year-end activities
- Prepare ad hoc HR reports and provide data analysis
- Act as a content publisher for HR portals
- Collaborate and other departments or teams to resolve issues
- Participate in ad hoc projects and assignments
- Required Education, Experience and Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2-3 years HR Operations / HR shared services experience in employee life cycle support in multinational company
- Good learning capability, logical thinking and proactive
- Experienced in Workday/ServiceNow preferred
- Fluency in both oral and written English
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences
- Strong attention to details and follow-ups
- Demonstrated ability to work in teams and collaborate/partner with others across the business
