About the role

The SWAS Trading Manager is responsible for the Stationery shop floor area, including the print and copy centre, as well as the Entertainment and Technology area of The Warehouse. Leading the teams of those areas, you will deliver and maintain blue-print and merchandising standards and deliver the trading plans, overseeing the implementation and maintenance of planograms and ensuring pricing integrity and availability meets expectations. You will also provide support for the opening and closing of the store and take on sole charge of the entire store when required. The days and hours of work are: 45 hours a week Tuesday 12pm - 9.30pm Wednesday - Saturday 8am to 5.30pm Ideally to be successful in this role you will at least have: - Demonstrated successful leadership experience - The ability to interpret and execute plans with a good eye for detail - Strong written and verbal communication skills Everything you do will contribute to a positive customer experience, an engaged team and a profitable store We can talk for days about our additional leave options, wellness programmes, and range of discounts that are available.
