To learn more, visit www.inmobi.com Overview Of The Role Accelerate is InMobi's AI-native omnichannel advertising platform for SMBs and agencies. Built to be truly self-serve, Accelerate uses AI to create, manage, and optimise campaigns across channels - learning from every client interaction and delivering a platform experience that makes sophisticated advertising accessible without requiring deep platform expertise or manual intervention. As a Product Leader - US Market, you will bring the product intelligence and self-serve expertise that shapes how Accelerate is experienced by advertisers - from SMBs managing their own growth to agencies running campaigns on behalf of clients. We need someone who understands both audiences deeply: how they evaluate and adopt self-serve advertising platforms, what makes them successful, and what gets in their way - and who can translate that understanding through an AI-first product lens into the decisions that drive adoption and retention. You will work closely with our GTM ,PMM & Engineering teams. You bring the market depth; the platform team delivers the build. You report directly to the Head of Product, Accelerate, and are based on site in our San Mateo, CA office. The Impact You'll Make Own the Self-Serve product roadmap through market expertise - you are the primary source of structured, prioritised market input for the SMBs. You attend client and prospect conversations with the GTM team, identify patterns across advertiser types and verticals, and translate what you hear into product direction. Drive activation, adoption, and PLG metrics - you will own the product-led growth layer: activation funnel, time to first value, feature adoption depth, and retention. You define what a genuinely self-serve experience looks like for both an SMB advertiser and an agency - one that drives clients to value without requiring a CSM at every step - and you hold the product accountable to the numbers that reflect it Define what self-serve means across the advertiser spectrum - you understand how advertisers of different sizes and complexities evaluate, onboard, and grow on self-serve advertising platforms. You will translate this into product decisions, onboarding flows, and experiences that work without hand-holding Shape the AI-first product experience - you will identify where Accelerate's AI capabilities genuinely reduce complexity for advertisers and agencies and where the product needs to go further. You assess AI-driven features through the lens of an operator and push for AI to be visible, trusted, and impactful - not just present. The Experience We Need Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem - you have worked closely with or within both SMB advertisers and agencies, and you understand how each operates: how they evaluate platforms, how they run and manage campaigns, and what drives their decisions. You understand the full spectrum from a business owner running their own ads to an agency managing accounts at scale.
