Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and develop ESCC staff, including Console Operators, Senior Console Operators, and Senior Security Specialists.
  • Establish strategic priorities, performance expectations, staffing plans, training programs, and succession planning for the command center.

  • Basic / Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree
  • Minimum 5 years related work experience
  • In lieu of Bachelors degree(s) AND 5 year(s) related work experience listed above, High School/GED AND 10 year(s) related work experience
  • FAA Part 107, Remote Pilot Certification or must obtain within 6 months

Requirements

  • Ten or more years of related experience with a major corporation, utility, law enforcement agency, military organization, intelligence organization, or private sector security organization.
  • Five or more years of leadership experience.
  • Minimum of five years of related work experience in security operations, physical security, emergency response, command center operations, law enforcement, military, intelligence, or a comparable corporate security environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with responsibility for supervising, developing, and managing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of physical security operations, access control, incident response, security technologies, and operational procedures.
