Responsibilities

• Walk alongside individuals of diverse abilities as they discover and grow into their strengths
• Design and deliver practical, real-world employability training
• Partner with employers to shape inclusive, supportive workplaces
• Provide on-site coaching and thoughtfully track each individual's progress
• Champion confidence, independence, and sustainable success
