Roles & Responsibilities Develop and update detailed BIM models and shop drawings for ACMV systems using Revit and AutoCAD Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and construction teams to resolve design issues and clashes with other trades including structural, electrical, and plumbing works Prepare technical submissions, shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built documentation for ACMV projects Ensure BIM models and drawings comply with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), project workflows, Singapore BIM Guidelines, and project specifications Update BIM models based on design changes, site conditions, and project requirements to support smooth project delivery Participate in coordination meetings and support project teams in resolving technical and coordination issues Assist in maintaining BIM libraries, drafting standards, and workflow improvements for ACMV projects Support quantity take-offs, drawing extraction, and project documentation where required Maintain proper documentation and version control of BIM models and drawings Support ad-hoc drafting and modelling duties assigned by Management
