- Essential Requirements
- CIPD Level 5 qualification
- Previous experience in a HR Advisor or similar HR generalist role.
- Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Experience of managing employee relations cases.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.

- Experience working within healthcare, charity, or not-for-profit sector.
