About the role
[What the role is] You will be a member of the Enforcement Department, which is responsible for investigating and enforcing breaches of the laws administered by Monetary Authority of Singapore under various statutes, including but not limited to the Securities and Futures Act, the Financial Advisers Act, the Payment Services Act, the Trust Companies Act, the Banking Act, the Insurance Act and the MAS Act. [What you will be working on] General administrative tasks: Directing public queries to the right officer, and respond to simple queries with past precedents Processing screening requests Digitising / data-cleaning Store and physical file management Scheduling meetings, booking meeting rooms, visitor registration Minutes-taking Enforcement-related work Sending production orders, follow-up, and compile results for analysis Carry out simple analysis e.g. matching funds against trades Performing background screenings and relationship searches Preparing and managing case exhibits, including printing, labelling, scanning Filing and storage of documents and exhibits Provide support during interviews and perform various administrative tasks e.g. printing interview statements, booking meeting rooms, visitor registration, purchasing meals for interviewers and interviewees [What we are looking for] No working experience required Knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel and Adobe Acrobat required Good verbal and written communication skills Good interpersonal skills and strong team player Careful and meticulous worker You will be working in a fast-paced environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and needs of stakeholders, as well as the agility to respond to changes and developments.
