What Your Impact Will Be: Partner with the Sr. Retail Marketing Manager to develop integrated marketing strategies, briefs, and KPIs across sub-brands, tentpoles, and seasonal campaigns Lead end-to-end campaign execution from briefing through launch, ensuring alignment across teams and successful delivery against objectives Partner closely with cross-functional partners to execute channel specific plans across key consumer touchpoints including e-mail, social, website, paid media, influencers, PR, Catalog, Loyalty, Retail etc. Monitor campaign and retail performance, leveraging consumer insights and campaign learnings to lead post-mortem analysis and translate findings into optimizations that drive traffic, engagement, and sales Execute retail support across sub-brands, promotions, and seasonal moments, partnering with Creative and Store teams to bring campaigns to life in-store Support development and execution of retail events and in-store experiences that drive engagement and purchase intent Partner to develop local marketing initiatives and mall campaigns, collaborating with third-party vendors and property marketing teams to drive traffic, engagement, and sales growth Lead project timelines, cross-functional workflows, and team communications, while partnering on budgets, vendor onboarding, invoicing, and financial tracking to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and with accuracy; proactively identify and escalate risks
Requirements
- 3+ years of marketing and/ or experience in multi-channel retail or consumer products
- Experience across integrated marketing channels including paid media and owned platforms (email, social, e-commerce, retail)
- Strong understanding of the physical retail environment, including in-store consumer behavior, merchandising principles, and how marketing drives traffic, engagement, and conversion within brick-and-mortar settings
- Experience in retail marketing, shopper marketing, or omnichannel campaign execution preferred
- Ability to translate product features and brand storytelling into compelling, consumer-facing marketing strategies; familiarity with product development and retail launch processes is a plus
- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment across teams and deliver seamless execution; strong communication and organizational skills required
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
