Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary communications contact for companies preparing for and completing their IPOs, providing strategic counsel throughout each stage of the listing process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with business media - reporters, producers, and editors - securing coverage and managing inbound press inquiries.

  • Required Qualifications

  • Excellent writing skills across press materials, talking points, and executive communications.
  • Strong relationships with business and financial media, with working knowledge of capital markets and the IPO process.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with listing structures such as traditional IPOs, direct listings, and SPACs.
  • Experience supporting senior executives in high-visibility, client-facing settings.
  • Exposure to global teams and cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed environment.
  • This position will be located in New York and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
