We are searching for an experienced hotel Director of Sales that enjoys working in various markets and segments. This position is a remote position and will require some travel to meet the on property team's understand the needs and objectives and familiarize themselves with the competition. The Director of Task Force and Business Development will balance a equal need of selling and leading and the role will constantly evolve to align with the ever changing needs of the business. The Director of Task Force and Business Development will be responsible for completing sales functions of their assigned hotel including soliciting accounts to meet or exceed hotel revenue goals. This role will be responsible for overall account management, business generation, and sales prospecting, occasionally leadership duties to include forecasting and mentoring existing team members for assigned hotel property. This position makes cold calls, manages existing and new client relationships, supports revenue management efforts and works with all hotel departments to deliver a positive experience for the guests and groups. This team member will additionally work with other contracted task force partners to follow up on leads generated for our portfolio of hotels Director of Task Force and Business Development: Remote Position with the flexibility to travel to the DC or Florida Market B.
