Key Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to) Under the operation execution team, you will in charge of the daily packing operation, inventory and admin management Admin & Operations Support Assist with daily administrative tasks, filing, document organization, and internal coordination. Support the team with tracking deadlines, follow-ups, and task updates. Help prepare simple reports, spreadsheets, and documents. Coordinate with internal team members, vendors, suppliers, and external partners when needed. Assist with basic bookkeeping support, invoice tracking, and payment documentation. Website & E-commerce Support Update products, pricing, bundles, promotions, and campaign pages on Shopify. Ensure product listings, images, descriptions, and promotional information are accurate. Help check website pages before launches or campaigns. Coordinate with the team on website updates for new launches, preorders, sales campaigns, and product restocks. Customer Service Support Assist with customer enquiries across website, social media, and marketplace platforms when needed. Help follow up on order issues, product questions, delivery updates, and customer feedback. Escalate important customer issues to the relevant team members. Marketing Coordination Assist with campaign execution for product launches, livestreams, marketplace sales, and retail promotions. Help coordinate content calendars, social media posting schedules, and campaign assets. Support influencer, affiliate, and livestream coordination when required. Help compile campaign results, screenshots, links, and performance updates. Assist with simple Canva designs, content formatting, and marketing materials when needed.
Requirements
- At least 1-3 years of experience in admin, marketing support, e-commerce, customer service, or a similar role.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow through on tasks.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, Google Drive, Canva, Shopify, and basic e-commerce tools.
- Good written communication skills.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience in beauty, wellness, supplements, e-commerce, TikTok Shop, Shopee, or Shopify is a plus.
