- Confident working with data in Excel/Google Sheets and combining datasets (e.g. YouGov, Kantar, GWI) to support analysis
- Experience using social listening platforms (e.g. Brandwatch, Meltwater) to generate audience and cultural insights
- Understanding of platform analytics (e.g. Meta Ads Manager, TikTok) for generating audience and performance insights
- Ability to design and apply research approaches using multiple data sources to build scalable audience segments
- Ability to link data and insights to clear business impact, collaborating across teams and communicating insights effectively to stakeholders
- Understanding of media planning and how audience insights inform channel strategy

Purpose of the Role The Insight manager sits within the Global Research and Insight team, supporting the Global Insights Partner, to deliver impactful insights for iProspect clients, predominantly Beverages. You will work closely with a top Beverages Client, providing data-driven insight, intelligence, and research solutions. It requires a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with at least two years of relevant experience in media. We work in a fast-paced environment, and you need to be comfortable picking up quick-turnaround projects. You need to be agile and able to deliver best-in-class analysis, insights, and reporting. We would also like you to be precise and creative when delivering analysis. Ideally, we are looking for someone confident in using insights and planning tools, and any experience or knowledge of our Dentsu Customer Connection System (CCS) will set you apart.
