Requirements

• Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and other employees
• Detect and identify safety issues, and comply with safety guidelines and standards
• Lift and carry trays, dishes, equipment, and goods up to 50 lbs, stock inventory, and perform restocking duties
• Must have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Description: Hai Hospitality (Uchi, Uchiko, and Uchiba) is accepting applications for an experienced Pastry Sous Chef to join the opening team at Uchi Salt Lake City! Uchi Salt Lake City is coming soon! We are currently accepting applications from candidates who are able to temporarily relocate to one of our existing Uchi markets for paid training with travel and lodging provided. Training may take place in markets such as Austin, Denver, Scottsdale, West Hollywood, or other Uchi locations.
