About the role

Job Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end monthly payroll operations for approximately 200+ employees across Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Australia, Philippines, Middle East, Africa and Dubai through outsourced payroll vendors. - Review and validate payroll inputs including new hires, resignations, salary adjustments, bonuses, allowances, leave, statutory deductions and final payments to ensure payroll accuracy. - Coordinate with external payroll providers to ensure timely payroll processing, resolve payroll discrepancies and continuously improve payroll service delivery. - Ensure payroll compliance with local employment legislation, statutory requirements, tax regulations and government reporting requirements, particularly Singapore MOM and other regional labour regulations. - Prepare payroll reconciliations, payroll reports, journals and support Finance with month-end payroll accounting and audit requirements. - Administer employee benefits, including insurance, leave, retirement and other regional benefit programmes. - Support compensation and benefits activities such as salary benchmarking, annual salary reviews, bonus administration and policy implementation. - Maintain accurate employee payroll and compensation records within HRIS and payroll systems. - Partner with regional HR, Finance and business stakeholders to address payroll and compensation enquiries and provide advisory support. - Participate in payroll process improvement initiatives, policy reviews and regional HR projects to enhance operational efficiency. - Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned Job Requirements - Minimum Degree in a related discipline - 5 year of experience in a similar capacity - Able to start immediately or within short notice Interested candidates, kindly email your detailed resumes in MS word format to joseph.koh@ambition.com.sg Attention to Joseph Koh Wei Jie(R1873431) Shortlisted candidates will be notified www.ambition.com.sg EA Registration Number: R1873431 Data provided is for recruitment purposes only Business Registration Number:200611680D.
