Responsibilities

- Programme & WorkshopManagement
- Plan,coordinate, and execute workshops, training programmes, and learning activities.
- Manage programme schedules, venue arrangements, logistics, registrations, and communications.
- Coordinate project submissions, reviews, approvals, and related documentation.
- Support project review sessions and track programme timelines and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain programme materials, templates, guidelines, and checklists.
- Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate programme delivery and operational effectiveness.
- Coordinate communications with participants, faculty members, and departments.
- Support engagement and awareness initiatives through various communication channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Experience in healthcare operations, quality improvement, clinical governance, project management, programme management, or related functions.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret data and prepare meaningful reports.
- Strong organisational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with healthcare systems, digitalisation, automation, or process improvement initiatives will be an advantage.
