About the role
We are seeking a curious and entrepreneurial Product Manager to join the Growth team at Salsify and help lead the evolution of our Intelligent PXM platform. Holding each other and yourself accountable to driving value through teamwork. Own your team's outcomes and be the face of the product. Executing Partner/Customer/Stakeholder discovery and insight collection Communicating and aligning with stakeholders on key decisions and status Partnering with cross-functional peers to ensure "Release Readiness" of your team's work Collaborating with Commercial teams to connect product value to business growth and objectives Background and Experience: At least 3-5 years of product management experience or relevant experience Strong technical skillset including experience with AI tools and technologies Curiosity to explore, build and experiment with AI technology. Views AI tools as means to increase customer value delivery and/or drive operational efficiency for our teams. Entrepreneurial spirit, energized by ambiguity, but with excellent organization skills to distill the noise into a coherent and executable plan Strong ability to prioritize investments and focus on the appropriate time horizon Passion for product leadership and cross-functional collaboration Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral Experience with data-driven decision-making Enthusiasm for the value and impact of the team's work and the ability to act as a product advocate. Highly accountable to the team and company. There may be up to 5% travel required including international travel for in-person company, departmental, team or customer meetings.
