Job Description The Tariff Program Analyst will provide oversight and execution of tariff mitigation and Temporary Import Bond (TIB) programs across North America. This role is responsible for helping ensure compliance, cost avoidance, and operational efficiency by monitoring end-to-end data points within Global Trade, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams. The analyst will coordinate and assist in transformational projects-such as process automation, data governance improvements, and technology integrations-that align with enterprise goals and regulatory frameworks. A key focus of the role is building and maintaining end-to-end monitoring of all tariff activities. This includes real-time visibility, data accuracy, and proactive risk identification from planning to outbound shipments. The manager will use data-driven insights to support continuous improvement and to ensure that all initiatives deliver measurable value and sustainable results. Support compliance, cost avoidance, and operational efficiency by monitoring end-to-end data points within Global Trade, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams. Help develop visibility needed to adjust long-term tariff goals that aligns with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and cost-saving targets. Assist in coordinating and executing transformational projects, such as: Process automation Data governance improvements Technology integrations Ensuring all initiatives align with enterprise goals and regulatory frameworks Navigate changing tariff landscapes, provide visibility to mitigation strategies, and ensure business continuity and cost optimization. Development of dashboards and reporting tools to monitor end-to-end visibility on tariff compliance metrics and operational performance. Analyze data and provide insights to support continuous improvement and help ensure initiatives deliver measurable value and sustainable results. Other duties and projects, as assigned.
