The Account Manager- Marketing Communications at Burson Group India will be responsible for determining the marketing strategy of the firm & lead all outreach initiatives for marketing the firm. The individual will take full responsibility for the reputation management of the firm along with the leadership. The purpose of this role is to have an impact on the Burson Group India brand through progressive marketing strategies across all media. To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Effective management of the marketing, advertising, sponsorships, and promotional activities of the organization. Responsible for external communication, supporting new services and partnerships, messaging & content creation, conceptualizing special events, sponsorships & promotions, and thought leadership initiatives of the firm. Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate them. An organized individual, with excellent time-management skills. Creative thinker, able to work under pressure & meet deadlines. Persuasive, enthusiastic and tenacious.
Responsibilities

- Marketing Acumen:
- Develops and executes marketing plans and programs, both short and long term in line with the firm's Business Strategy, in consultation with the CM&GO - Burson Group India or as aligned.
- Research analyzes, and monitors communications industry trends so that marketing opportunities may be capitalized, and the effect of competitive activity may be minimized.
- Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with company messaging and marketing plans.
- Plans and oversees the organization's promotion activities including print, electronic, and direct mail outlets.
- Communicate with external partners on ongoing campaigns.
- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
- Works with writers and designers, overseeing copywriting, design, layout, and production of marketing materials.
- Working in collaboration with Burson Group India's Digital Marketing expert for online campaigns
- Ensures effective control of marketing results and that corrective action takes place to be certain that the achievement of marketing objectives are within designated budgets.
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
- Implementing the Marketing Calendar (Events, Awards, Publications, Speaking Opportunities, Sponsorships, Partnerships etc.).
- Facilitates new business process across practices (Case Studies, Playbook, Credentials, Bios, Role Scope & Financial Proposal Templates etc.)
- Create, edit, storyboard, and manage entire awards entry process on behalf of Burson Group India and its clients.
- Supervises the Marketing Section on SharePoint and ensures all marketing knowledge is updated
- Ensure compliance with all systems, processes and policies.
- Fiscal Management
- Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns, on time and within budget.
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Develop short and long-term plans and budgets for PR programs and their activities, monitor progress, assure adherence, and evaluate performance.
