Are you in? **Your Role** Key responsibilities in your new role - Manages projects / sub projects with medium to high complexity and risk- Responsible to plan and execute assigned projects from project initiation to project closure- Lead a diverse cross functional project team- Assigns responsibilities within project to Project Managers of sub-projects and Project Members- Continuously assess project risks and implement mitigation plan- Monitor project progress, manage & address project constraints- Actively identifies and manages changes and adapts project approach to meet defined scope, timeline and budget **Your Profile** Qualifications and skills to help you succeed - Academic Background: A degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, Computer Science, or a similar technical field- Industry Expertise: At least 2 years of experience in the semiconductor industry or with Project Management - Stakeholder Management: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills with the ability to manage complex internal and external interfaces at all levels- Certification: A recognized Project Management Certification such as IPMA, PMP, or PRINCE2 would be a plus- Intercultural Competence: A strong sense of intercultural awareness and the ability to navigate team dynamics effectively- Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in German is a strong asset- Mindset: An extroverted and open-minded personality who thinks "out of the box" and uses critical thinking to proactively mitigate risks **Contact:** Felix Krackau **#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.** As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
