Associate Director - Facilities Management

Your new company This role is with a global real estate and facilities management organisation delivering integrated facilities services for a high‑profile corporate client. The team supports large‑scale office environments, focusing on operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and continuous service improvement across a dynamic portfolio. Your new role Lead day‑to‑day site operations across a large corporate office portfolio, ensuring service delivery meets performance targets and client expectations. Manage and develop a multi‑disciplinary team, driving high performance, engagement, and capability development. Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as the main point of contact for client engagement, issue resolution, and service delivery alignment. Oversee vendor management, procurement, and contract performance to ensure quality service and value for money. Manage budgeting, financial performance, and reporting, ensuring cost controls and targets are met. Support space planning, office fit‑outs, and workplace changes in line with business needs. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and risk management requirements, while driving best practices across operations. Lead reporting, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives across the site. What you'll need to succeed Strong experience managing large FM portfolios or accounts in a corporate or multinational environment. Proven leadership capability managing sizeable teams and multiple vendors. Good understanding of workplace operations, M&E systems, and office fit‑out projects. Strong financial and commercial awareness, including budgeting and contract management. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
