Responsible for the application of Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR)-based methods to assess protein-protein interactions. The methods may be used for characterization for a range of biological candidates in clinical development and process development. The successful candidate should have a thorough understanding & knowledge of the development of SPR assays to assess binding of monoclonal antibody to target antigen and Fc receptors. The candidate must be able to design, analyze and interpret SPR data and perform troubleshooting as needed. Excellent writing skills, and the ability to document and communicate results to a wide array of scientists and management will be critical. Prior experience working in cGMP environment is preferred. Ability to multitask while working with multiple people in a team-based environment is a requirement.
