Job Function: Human Resources Job Sub Function: Employee & Labor Relations Job Category: Professional All Job Posting Locations: Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Colombia Job Description: Position Summary The ERLR Analyst supports the timely and accurate resolution of Employee and Labor Relations (ERLR) cases across the North America region. This role is responsible for case triage, investigation support, and execution of case management activities in alignment with company policies, compliance standards, and service level expectations. This position also drives operational excellence through data analytics, automation tools, and continuous improvement methodologies. Major Duties & Responsibilities - Respond to Employee Relations inquiries and cases, prioritizing based on risk and urgency - Conduct case triage and assess potential policy violations - Support investigations and ensure timely follow-ups - Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation - Identify process inefficiencies and drive improvements using CI methodologies - Develop Power BI dashboards for KPIs (SLA, lead time, trends) - Ability to translate data into business insights - Design automated workflows using Power Automate - Integrate automation with ServiceNow, Outlook, SharePoint - Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide guidance - Promote self-service and digital tools Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 0-2 years of experience in HR, ERLR, or related field Required Skills - Advance English - Continuous improvement mindset and process optimization experience - Advanced Power BI (dashboards, DAX, data modeling) - Power Automate (workflow automation, integrations) - Experience with Power Apps and advanced Excel - Strong analytical and data interpretation skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet SLAs - High attention to detail and confidentiality - Strong communication and stakeholder management
