About the role
The Product Analyst I is a contributor on MRI Software's global Product Operations team. This role is built for someone who is energized by data - someone who wants to dig into numbers, spot what's working and what isn't, and help the people around them understand what the data is saying. You'll work with guidance from senior analysts and team leads, but you'll be expected to take ownership of your findings and speak up when the data points somewhere important. Curiosity and follow-through matter here as much as technical skill. From the day we opened our doors, MRI Software has built flexible, game-changing real estate software that powers thriving communities and helps make the world a better place to live, work and play. Fulfilling that mission is only possible because of one thing: exceptional people. People like you! Our people-first approach to PropTech is defining a new industry standard for client experiences that, quite frankly, can't be duplicated. Experiences that deliver real value every day. And we know those experiences begin with our people. We believe MRI is more than just a workplace; it's a connected community of people who truly feel they belong. Whether we're investing in employee resource groups or providing tailored resources for each person to reach their full potential, we're passionate about creating a work environment that makes you excited to show up every single day. At MRI, one of our core values is to strive to amaze. From the intelligent solutions we create to the culture we cultivate, that's our go

- Exposure to Microsoft Fabric or Power BI for reporting or visualization
- Familiarity with Jira or similar project tracking tools
- Basic understanding of software development processes, agile delivery, or engineering team operations
- Awareness of engineering delivery metrics such as cycle time, throughput, or defect rates - even if not yet applied professionally
- Experience using AI-assisted tools to write or generate scripts, queries, or code for data extraction or analysis - a strong plus
- Any exposure to version control concepts (Git) or deployment pipeline awareness
- Competencies
