About the role
Job scope 1. Events & Community Engagement - Plan and coordinate roadshows, exhibitions, workshops, health talks, and community outreach activities. - Manage event logistics including venue setup, vendor coordination, manpower arrangements, and event materials. - Support event registration, lead collection, and attendee engagement activities. - Ensure successful execution of events within budget and timeline. - Prepare post-event performance reports and recommendations. 5. Vendor & Project Management - Source and liaise with external vendors, suppliers, event agencies, and production partners. - Obtain quotations, manage budgets, and ensure cost-effective execution of projects. - Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables meet quality standards. - Handle administrative tasks including purchase requests, invoices, and vendor documentation. 7. Reporting & Performance Tracking - Track and monitor marketing campaign and event performance. - Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing activities and results. - Analyze customer engagement, lead generation, and campaign effectiveness. - Provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on campaign outcomes
