Project Management Intern - Fall

Responsibilities

• Project Coordination - Support scheduling, meeting preparation, agenda creation, and follow‑up tracking to keep project activities aligned.
• Documentation Support - Maintain project plans, timelines, risk logs, and status reports to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
• Task & Workflow Tracking - Update project management tools with progress, deadlines, and dependencies.
• Data & Reporting - Gather project metrics, prepare dashboards, and help identify risks or delays.
• Process Improvement - Suggest enhancements to workflows, documentation, or team processes.
• Research & Analysis - Conduct research on tools, best practices, or project‑related topics to support decision‑making.

Requirements

• Must be currently pursuing Bachelor's degree Project Management, Business Administration or any Engineering field.
• Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
• Organizational Skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Communication Skills - Clear written and verbal communication with the ability to summarize information concisely.
• Technical Proficiency - Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and interest in learning project management software.
• Analytical Thinking - Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support problem‑solving.
• Team Collaboration - Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professionalism & Initiative - Demonstrated reliability, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
• Pay Range
• The annual salary for this position is between $43,500.00 - $87,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
• Other Compensation
• This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
