About the role
In this role, you'll will drive performance through insight, challenge, and decision support.
Responsibilities
- Support financial performance management for assigned brands/channels: deliver clear analysis of actuals, risks and opportunities, and outlook.
- Support in planning, target setting, and forecasting (including Latest Estimates) in partnership with Sales, ensuring transparent assumptions and regular cadence updates.
- Support ad hoc analysis and projects from regional and commercial stakeholders as required.
- Month-end support (spend analysis, journals, accurate bookings).
- Support audit and tax processes for Greece in collaboration with central finance teams.
- Help simplify and standardize financial processes, promoting self‑service and better ways of working.

Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in Finance business partnering.
- E xperience in FMCG or consumer health industry.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Good analytical skills (performance management, forecasting, ROI evaluation) and ability to communicate simply to non-finance stakeholders.
