Regulatory Operations Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Analyst in the Regulatory Project Office to help us drive the most sophisticated change and transformation programs at N26! Our Regulatory Project Office orchestrates cross-organizational shifts to guarantee that N26 maintains high compliance benchmarks, addresses operational gaps, and scales the company sustainably. This team is vital in bridging the gap between stringent banking regulations and the innovation and delivery-speed of a lean technology company. In this role, you will: Collaborate with seasoned leads on high-impact programs or spearhead your own dedicated workstreams Foster a culture of ownership and drive accountability across the project lifecycle Orchestrate transparent reporting on milestones and key delivery progress Master the identification of roadblocks / risks and manage critical escalations with diligence Gain deep cross-functional insights into our business and the evolving regulatory landscape What you need to be successful: Background: Education: We value diverse perspectives and do not require a specific degree or academic discipline.
