Collects agenda items for Graduate Council meetings (8x/yr) and subcommittees meetings (as needed); prepares and disseminates agendas, packets and minutes. Maintains office records of Graduate Council membership and meetings. Assists with budget and/or expense reports. Monitors and records department invoices and expenses. Reconcile P-Card/ file records, and create requisitions. Print out monthly budget, payroll, organizational detail report. Receives and responds to moderately complex correspondence following established procedures. Solves general concerns about department services, policies or procedures. Collects and compiles moderately complex information for inclusion in reports and/or presentation materials. Creates and produces a variety of moderately complex documents, reports for the department. Prepares charts, graphs and/or tables as necessary. Performs general office support such as sorting/distribution of mail, copying documents, filing, and supply inventory. Scan into Xtender. Order office supplies and office equipment.
