We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Pipeline Manager to oversee the seamless execution of critical projects and ensure the efficient flow of resources, information, and deliverables for our Canadian pipelines. The Canadian pipelines scope ranges from Sarnia, Ontario, Edmonton Alberta, and St-Augustin, Quebec. The pipelines serve the Hydrogen business in the Edmonton and the Ontario areas. The Edmonton E1 & E2 production facilities and the Scotford facility are supplying the Heartland pipeline servicing 7 customers. In Sarnia, there are 2 inactive RFG pipelines and a 30km long pipeline supplying 4 customers. The St-Augustin site has 2 small inactive nitrogen pipelines. The Canadian Pipeline Manager will report the North America (NA) Pipeline Manager with dotted line reporting to the Operations Line Manager - North. The position is responsible for all activities associated with day-to-day operations & maintenance related to pipeline work, and for supervising the Pipeline Field Technicians. The Pipeline Manager will ensure that the operation and maintenance of the pipeline systems meet or exceed all governmental regulations on both the provincial and federal levels. The Pipeline Manager will provide training and expertise to the Pipeline Technician for the safe and efficient operation of the pipeline systems. The incumbent will need to liaison with Customers, Account Managers, and Plant Operations to effectively operate and maintain the Canadian Pipelines. They will also be responsible for meeting spending budgets and participating in the annual budgeting process.
