Responsibilities
- Ensures all aspects of the building are maintained and ready for customer visits.
- Regular deep cleaning, organization, and service of exterior areas, including the trash/waste management, light landscaping maintenance and the outside store front including sidewalks and windows.
- Daily trash and recycling collection and removal.
- Adhere to daily and weekly cleaning and maintenance checklists and schedules (see below).
- Communicate any facilities issues to the management team.
- Keep inventory of supplies and cleaning materials and prepare reorder requests to Management.

- Power washing knowledge.

- Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

- Ability to move and lift equipment and supplies of up to 50 pounds.

- Clean all trash along AN signs in Air Garage parking lot, in front of BU and DL storefront, and north side of the parking lot.
- Clean all trash along both BU and DL entrances, and around large trash bins on north side of parking lot.
- Clean all trash inside the marquee sign base.
- Water all plants on the property.
- Power wash entrance and back patio (every other shift).
- Wipe down bench and beams in front.
- Clean up trash from underneath shrubs in front of the store.
- Be in communication with the landscaper.
- Learn the sprinkler system (coordinate with the landscaper).
- Maintain parking signs.
- Maintain marquee signs.
- Maintain, stored if not in use and clean cones.
- Touch up exterior paint.
- Daily Cleaning Checklist and Schedule (Inside)
- Sweep and Mop dining area.
- Vacuum all rugs to ensure cleanliness and to remove all sand.
- Sanitize and clean all bathrooms, refill all utilities before the restaurant opens.
- Sweep and Mop upstairs office.
- Make sure all trash cans have liners and are clean for the rest of day use.
- Dust corners and crevices to remove i.e dust bunnies, cobwebs, debris.
- Wipe down, sanitize all tables and chairs.
- Create a list and inventory of supplies as needed to order.
