As our Payroll Specialist, you'll ensure every hour worked is accurately captured and every team member is paid correctly and on time. What You'll Do In this role, you'll be the backbone of payroll operations, responsible for: Processing weekly and bi-weekly payroll with precision and confidentiality Reviewing timesheets, mileage, and caregiver visit logs for accuracy Managing payroll adjustments, deductions, and reimbursements Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor and tax regulations Collaborating with HR and scheduling teams to resolve discrepancies Maintaining accurate payroll records and supporting audits when needed Assisting with onboarding setup for payroll and benefits systems Experience in payroll administration (healthcare or home health preferred but not required) Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Familiarity with payroll systems and basic accounting principles Understanding of wage and hour laws (or willingness to learn quickly) Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism 401(k) Dental insurance Disability insurance Flexible schedule Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance License reimbursement
