Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company's ship management business.

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, pipeline reports, and business development activities to achieve revenue targets.
  • Achieve annual sales, profitability, and fleet growth targets while contributing to the company's overall strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering, Nautical Studies, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of commercial, business development, chartering, technical, marine or ship management experience within the maritime industry.
  • Strong network and relationships with ship owners, operators, ship managers, and maritime decision-makers in Asia and internationally.
  • Proven track record in securing ship management contracts, maritime services agreements, or related commercial business with measurable revenue achievements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work independently and travel internationally when required.
